Our workshop and field service mechanics are highly respected with a vast knowledge of the workings of tractor and farm machinery. As the market is booming we are currently on the hunt for qualified and dynamic individuals who are looking for an opportunity that will set them up for the future. Individuals who have at least a basic understanding of the modern tractor and associated electronics that want to join our high-performing team in what is a stellar organisation. These roles provide variety, require a methodical approach, the ability to problem solve and have a customer service focus. Field service focussed technicians will be called upon to visit clients on-site and perform diagnostics and repairs, so an affinity with people is a great asset.What you will have:
- Service work experience, ideally with a focus on agricultural tractors and machinery.
- Qualified diesel/heavy machinery mechanic (or you may be a qualified auto mechanic who has had exposure to the agricultural world and is willing to learn)
- A customer-centric focus with the ability to execute high-level customer service.
- Maturity, sound work ethic and high-level communication skills.
